Vic Gunditra, Senior Vice President of Social, took to Google Plus today to announce that he would be leaving Google.

Gunditra is best known for starting Google Plus and making Google’s social ecosystem the massive network that it is. As you can see from his post below, Vic tells a heart-warming story about moving forward in life and then sadly lets everyone that he will no longer work at Google.

We do not know where Vic will be going or what he will be doing from here forward but we wish him the best of luck as he has changed Google for all of us. I for one will miss seeing him at Google I/O this year. It’ll be a different experience for sure.
