Well, it’s finally official the Galaxy Nexus will be releasing tomorrow,  as announced by Verizon earlier today. The phone will be up for grabs at 1 am online. If you plan on buying it off contract it will be $649.99. With a 2-year contract the price will be $299.99 at Verizon retail stores and Best Buy. Also, if you do purchase the Galaxy Nexus you will qualify for the double data cap promotion by Verizon. So instead of getting 2gb with your data plan you will get 4gb for the same price.

Now that the CDMA version has finally been announced for a release date, we will just have to wait for the GSM version. It might not be as long of a wait as the Nexus S. The Galaxy Nexus was already spotted under the radar, going through the FCC with AT&T bands. Hopefully and early Q1 release will be announced or at least rumored. But a word of advice to AT&T don’t pull a “Verizon” and delay the phone,or announce it then have your customers wait nearly  a month. But in the mean time, AndroidMeter should have an unboxing for you guys in the following week.

Are any of you going to be looking to get the Galaxy Nexus?
