Unless you’re one of the few lucky T-Mobile Nexus S users who received the official release a couple months ago, you are probably wondering where your update is.  Well we have good news for those on Sprint.  Thanks to XDA, you can now flash over Android 4.0.4.What is interesting about the leaked firmware is that it is a version of Android not yet announced by Google.  The update requires you to be a little experienced with ROMing so do not just attempt this.  It requires you to flash over a radio and a bootloader.  So if you’re comfortable with everything, head on over to XDA and get your ICS on!
