Galaxy S4

Today owners of the Samsung Galaxy S4 on Sprint have begun receiving an OTA update being dubbed the “MF9” update. Here are the following changes and improvements that the update brings:

  • Apps can now be moved to the SD card just like the European S4
  • Samsung Knox
  • Smart Pause toggle in the notification panel
  • Legibility setting for the display
  • Status bar transparency now works with custom wallpapers
  • Briefing app
  • SPDclient app
  • locked bootloader (not confirmed)

It’s nice to see the ability to move apps to the SD card finally added to an American Galaxy S4 due to the little storage space the S4’s offer due to TouchWiz’s gigantic storage.
