Well folks today I logged onto Facebook like I would any other day and got a little giddy when I saw Samsung’s latest post. It was a mostly blacked out half portion of a phone that resembles the Galaxy S3, the post also made mention of Samsung’s upcoming event on the 14th of this month. We’re to assume that this is the S4 that will be revealed at Samsung’s event but would Samsung’s new flagship device really have such close resemblance design wise to the S3? It’s not like Samsung to do such a thing, if we take a look back at the Galaxy line we clearly see that each new Galaxy device has some significant design changes. But on the other hand Samsung has recently said that they are going to begin focusing a lot more on software than on hardware so maybe the S4 will be a beefed up version of the S3 with much improved software. Put a new quad-core chip in the phone, give it a bigger display, and better camera and then greatly improve the software and you have yourself a pretty appealing phone from a geek’s standpoint.
