It was just four months ago when the Droid 3 by Motorola was released, and now the rumor mill is already churning out rumors about the droid 4.

From the images, whether just renders or not, are accurate form wise. We should be expecting there to be a some sort of QWERTY keyboard. If these specs are correct, we should also be seeing a 4inch qHD display at 960 x 540. Also not surprisingly a 1.2 ghz processor, dual core chip set, 1gb of ram, 4g LTE capabilities, 8mp 1080p camera on the back and an HD camera on the front. Nothing has been said of the software side, but it would be rational to assume it’ll ship with ICS 4.0.

But what is surprising is how thin it is, considering the on board keyboard and specs; plus the keyboard looks pretty spacious and looks comfortable to type on.

This phone doesn’t have much out of the ordinary, but seems to be the perfect powerhouse phone to be the flagship device on Verizon. Keep checking out Android Meter for more news and rumors on this device and many others!
