The last time we heard about the Asus Eee Pad Transformer 2 was when Asus was confirming that it was set to cost around $500. But now

Lambda Tek has posted a listing for the Transformer 2 on its website as model TF201-1L020A with a release date of November 7. There was also some rather impressive specs included with the listing, a quad-core Tegra 3 CPU, 32GB storage, 1GB RAM, and Android Honeycomb. We are very excited about this awesome tablet and will keep you posted as updates rise to the surface.

A new update has just arisen, a proffesional video of the Transformer 2 and its impressively thin 8.3 mm design. Asus will officailly announce the tablet on November 9th. The video also revelaed that we might see Asus tablets using Android’s Ice Cream Sandwhich instead of Honeycomb by the end of the year.
