Yes there are tons of apps available (free and paid) on the Android Market that claim to backup and restore apps to multiple applications but this one actually works.  This is great for Android users whom download 3rd party .apks from the Amazon AppStore or even from forums.  This app can even be set to rebackup apps at set intervals.  You can search for the app on your Android phone/tablet or just download it from the Android Market.

Features:
– Backup apps to SD card
– Restore apps from SD card
– Quick uninstalling
– Sort apps by name, install date, size
– Auto backup on install
– Show storage usage
– Multi version backup
– Search app from Google market
– Send apk file by email
– Support App2SD
