The popular smartphone leaking Twitter account @evleaks has tweeted that the LG G Flex is confirmed to be heading to AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. There is no release date or even release window as of right now but if this news is true then it should not be long before we hear something from at least one of the carriers about officially launching the G Flex. For those of you who have not heard of the G Flex and its crazy and unique design then lets get you up to speed. It features a 6″ 720p OLED display that has a significant banana curve making the phone stand out from all other smartphones currently on the market. As for the internals of the G Flex it’s definitely not lacking: it’s packing a 2.26GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 3,500 mAH battery, 13MP rear camera, and last but not least it is running Android 4.2.2.
No word on why all of the major US carriers are going to be carrying the G Flex except for Verizon but things can change and nothing is official yet. Let us know what you think in the comments.
