(Note the above image is not the supposed device mentioned in this article)

Lenovo has been rumored to release a Windows Phone handset for years now, but it seems that might finally come to fruition this year, in April to be exact. This is just a rumor of course, it all started from a Russian forum where it was posted that the device could be unveiled this April.

Along with the post came some specs, this Lenovo-made Windows Phone will allegedly come with a display between 4.5 and 5 inches, Snapdragon 400 or 600 processor, and cost somewhere in the $400 ballpark. Based on these specs the phone appears to be a mid-range phone so don’t expect anything groundbreaking here. The handset will also supposedly come running Microsoft’s upcoming Windows Phone 8.1 operating system which the company is supposed to announce in April which lines up with the release of this mystery phone.

The fact that the supposed specs given in the post on the Russian forum are broad instead of exact tells us that this handset is a little less likely to be real but only time will tell for sure. No we play the waiting game.
