verizon-galaxy-nexus-update

In case you guys somehow missed this important news the Galaxy Nexus on Verizon finally received it’s update to Android 4.2.2. To be honest this came as a surprise to me and almost everyone else i’m sure. This was the last version of the Galaxy Nexus that hadn’t received the update to 4.2.2 and it had been so long that no one thought it would ever receive it.

With the update to 4.2.2 you will receive all of the all of the other benefits that other Galaxy Nexus owners have been enjoying for months such as lock screen widgets, DayDreams, and an improved keyboard. At this point the update is confirmed to be available over the air for most people but if it isn’t for you yet then you can just go ahead and install the update manually using the file located in the link below.
