Tomorrow (April 12th), AT&T and Facebook will be releasing the first phone running Facebook Home.  The phone will have a 4.3″ screen, 5MP rear-facing camera, 1.6MP front-facing camera, 2,000mAh battery, and LTE connectivity.  It will be running Android 4.1 with 1.4 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage.

The phone will be available for $99 on a two-year contract in black, white, pale blue, and red.

The First will have Facebook Home built in and will enable you to always see all of your Facebook connections all over the phone.
