Google has announced that the full updated (since the release at I/O) version of the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean SDK is available for download now! This update version has been cleaned up and loaded with bug fixes and patches.

Google has also released a new SDK Tools update (Version 20.0.1) which you can grab via your SDK Manager now. This update includes the complete set of tools you need for debugging and development with the new SDK, plus a ton of bug fixes and performance enhancements.
