Recently Google Glass started shipping out to people who signed up to be explorers at Google I/O last year, but part of the terms of service on the device states the following, “you may not resell, loan, transfer, or give your device to any other person. If you resell, loan, transfer, or give your device to any other person without Google’s authorization, Google reserves the right to deactivate the device, and neither you nor the unauthorized person will be entitled to any refund, product support, or product warranty.”

This is rather odd of Google to do because Google is usually very open to users doing whatever they please with their devices. Needless to say be sure you don’t try to auction off your Google Glass or let your friends use them because Google will punish you for it.
