HTC America did a pretty good job of letting HTC One owners know when they would receive their KitKat update and did and getting it out in s swift manner, unfortunately things aren’t going so well for One owners in the UK. The UK wasn’t included in the slew of HTC One updates that went out in the US, and now just a week after HTC tweeted about the update finally hitting the UK news comes that it is now being pulled due to “difficulties.”

HTC gave a statement to Android Central stating that they were “working hard to resolve the issues quickly.” They gave no info on exactly what those issues were with the firmware but like HTC said we are sure they will get it pushed out soon. If you live in the UK and have already got the 4.4 KitKat update on your HTC One drop us a comment and let us know how you’re doing.
