Just when all the patent lawsuits seemed to be calming down, Apple goes and attacks HTC again.  This time Apple has filed another International Trade Commission complaint against HTC for not doing enough to avoid patent discrepancies and is still violating patents.  In the past Apple’s attacks have caused delays for the release of multiple devices (mainly the HTC One series phones) and this seems to be another event where we can expect delays in HTC phones even if this claim is rejected.

[UPDATE] Not only has Apple been patent trolling HTC today, they have also throw the Samsung Galaxy S III into the preliminary injunction that they filled against the Galaxy Nexus back in February.  Apple is claiming that the phone is infringing upon two of their patents: unified search (Siri) and data tapping.  Samsung has already replied to this by telling the court that if Apple wishes to do this, they should file a whole new motion and get the addition of the SIII on the GNexus should be thrown out.  We do not know how the court will handle the situation but anything may delay the actual release of the Galaxy S III.
