Almost all variants of HTC’s flagship smartphone have received their KitKat update and now it’s Vodofone’s turn. Vodofone’s support page is confirming this notion and we’re glad to see this happening even though this is a little late as the new HTC One is on the horizon. We have actually received word that Optus’ HTC One is also receiving it’s 4.4.2 KitKat update but we can’t confirm this at the moment.

Once you pull down and install the update on your HTC One you will receive both Android 4.4.2 KitKat and Sense 5.5, while this is not a huge update and doesn’t add a ton of new features it is still a nice little upgrade from Jelly Bean. You guys know what to do know, start tapping that “check for updates” button.
