Everyone has heard of the improvements implimented in the new Android 4.1 Jelly bean keyboard right? Well now you can enjoy that predictive text engine, improved speed and accuracy, and the subtle aesthetic differences on any Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.3+) device. Thanks to appelflap over at XDA we have this working build of the Jelly Bean Keyboard.

I have been using it for about a day now and i cant say that this keyboard is much better than the stock ICS keyboard. There are a few quirks with the user dictionary not adding words properly, only a few languages are supported, and spacing prediction and auto correction of spaces is only available in English mode.

Besides that this keyboard is great. Now just waiting until a fully working Google Now port is unleashed!
