Now I know what many of you are thinking: why/how is this such a low price?  Well it is because Acer wants to compete against Google’s Nexus 7, Amazon’s Kindle Fire, and any other cheap 7″ tablet.

So what is inside this low price tablet? 512MB of RAM, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB of memory, and a WSVGA display.  Now this is very old and low powered technology but it is the reason that Acer can charge $150 per device.  Now it may not completely compete with the quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM in the Nexus 7 but it is not too shabby for $150.

Would you be interested in buying this over a $200 tablet that is more powerful and faster?  Let us know in the comments below.
